BEIJING -- About 7.28 million people have been restrained from purchasing plane tickets for defaulting on court rules, according to the Supreme People's Court (SPC). Courts, public security authorities and banks have joined hands to extended penalty restrictions to people who default on court orders. Among them, 7.28 million were restricted from purchasing plane tickets and 2.74 million barred from traveling by bullet train or high-speed train, the statement said.
